PPG-26 Buteth-26 is a synthetic polyoxyalkylene ether composed of propylene oxide and ethylene oxide segments linked to a butyl group. Its balanced hydrophilic and lipophilic character makes it particularly useful for solubilizing oil-soluble materials in aqueous cosmetic formulations. INCI DexBase
